BANK-PARTNER PRICING MODEL:
After talking with bankers from different size banks, with varying goals and budgets, we have learned that there is no way for us to design one service package that will meet everyone's needs and wants. Instead we have focused on flexibility, and designed a model that lets each bank-partner choose how they want to allocate the money they spend with us across the services that are most relevant for their small business clients and their community's needs.

When bank-partners set up a Pebble Plan account, they decide the amount they plan to spend on our services per year; that amount is deposited into a reserve account and the services used are billed against the reserve balance. Any unused funds roll over to the next year, or are available to be donated to non-profits we serve.
When a bank pays for their client to access the Pebble Plan system that client gets three months of free access for the service purchased on their behalf. After 3 months the client's account converts to self-pay, so the entrepreneur has some skin in the game and stays motivated to keep making progress.
