A LITTLE HELP CAN MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE
We recommend you work with a business coach, consultant, or mentor as you go through the Pebble Plan system. But, if that is not an option for you, the system works well for individuals; just take your time and plan to go through each stage more than once so you don't miss anything.
Working with someone else makes it much more likely that you will slow down enough to really think about the questions you are being asked, and dig deeper than if you were working on your own. Another person can see assumptions you may be making, or call BS on any less-than-realistic expectations you may set for yourself. The Pebble Plan system will guide you to important decision-points and set the stage for lots of lightbulb moments; but if you are just filling in the blanks you may miss out on the magic that comes from letting yourself be challenged and finding real answers.
SERVICES FOR BUSINESS OWNERS:
WHAT DOES WINNING AT BUSINESS MEAN TO YOU?
If you don't know, you need to. It is of the utmost importance that you know what success looks like for your situation, and that you have a clear understanding of why you are taking the risk, and potentially wasting a lot of time, effort, and money on your business. If you can bring to mind a clear picture of what success looks like, you are much more likely to get there because when you have important decisions to make you can recall that picture and check yourself to see if you are getting closer to, or farther away from, the picture in your head & heart.
Your picture needs to be personal to you and your situation. But as a guide to what you may want to include in your mental picture of success we have found this definition of success to be spot on for the majority of people.
Success at business is: Making enough money to cover all of your needs and some of your wants, while consistently having time to enjoy your friends, family, and community, without having to ask a boss or a board for permission to spend money or time; and having peace in your heart that you are acting in accordance with God's will and purpose for your life.
